Zaya is a career crisis coach with over two decades of leadership experience in corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors across seven countries: Mongolia, Turkey, Ethiopia, Malawi, the Philippines, the United States, and Indonesia. Each time her family moved to a new country, Zaya successfully pivoted to new careers in different sectors and organizations, the most recently as a Foreign Service Officer with USAID, enriching her experiences along the way. During her latest career shift, she took time to reflect and align with her true passion: helping global expats navigate their career transitions, a journey she has personally undertaken multiple times.

She helps people reframe crises and relocations as catalysts for change, allowing them to redefine their identity, values, and meaning to guide their next chapter. Zaya also conducts customized workshops for organizations, leadership teams, and global professionals who seek to integrate purpose, resilience, and reinvention into their work lives.

Zaya holds a Master of Arts degree in Humanitarian Assistance and a Crisis Coaching Certificate from the Top Coaching Academy in the United States. She is currently enrolled in the ICF Accelerated Coaching Training Program.
